Google Drive has introduced a built-in scanner feature that provides the ability to save necessary information, images or files online. Previously, this feature was only available on phones or tablets running the Android operating system, but it will now be available on iPhones as well.

Google Drive has updated its iOS operating system app to offer this new feature. Thanks to the built-in scanner function of Google Drive in the latest iOS version, any information, image or file can be scanned and saved online directly using the iPhone's camera.

This eliminates the need for a separate scanner to scan documents. In addition, when reading various magazines or books, you can quickly scan and save the information you need. 

The scanning feature is initially available in Google Drive for iOS version 4.2023.46227. To use the scanning feature on your iPhone, first click the plus icon in the lower right corner of the Google Drive app.

Then click the camera operation button. The camera opens and viewfinder options appear. Then, when you place information, images or files in front of the Viewfinder option, they will be automatically scanned.

Now click on the "Save" button and they will be saved directly to Google Drive. According to Google, scanned images can also be edited to improve their quality.

Additionally, users can save multiple scanned data, images or files separately in specific folders on Google Drive.
