As the world becomes more digital, online fraud is also on the rise. Hackers stole funds from users’ mobile banking accounts, credit and debit cards, and online banking accounts. The accounts were taken over from hacked smartphones. Because digital financial accounts are managed via mobile phones. 

Banks and financial institutions provide customers with OTP i.e. One Time Password for security of digital accounts. This is a shield that is difficult to break through. But telling others about your OTP is like shooting yourself in the foot. However, nothing is 100% correct. Hackers hack into phones and delete OTPs.

Hackers believe that once the entire phone is hacked, it's all over. Therefore, please take extra care of your phone. Now the question arises: How does a hacker get into someone’s phone. Phone hacking occurs in two ways. Or your phone will be found by hackers. Or click on the link he sent, and the virus will be introduced into your phone.

The first way is difficult to obtain because the phone is difficult to get into someone else's hands. There is only one way now. That is the link sent by the hacker. Once you click on this link, malware (i.e. a virus) will enter your phone. Malware works by passing your phone's information to its owner (the hacker).

Suppose the hacker has your data, they use your account, the OTP is pushed to your phone and the hacker gets the information about the OTP through malware.
