Software maker Microsoft is bringing the video game console, or Xbox, to the market. The Xbox console was first released in the US market. By 2006, 2.4 million Xbox units had been sold in five years.

A second version, the Xbox 360, was released in 2005. Sales will touch Rs 8 Crore 6 million units by 2021. The third console, the Xbox One, was released in November 2013.

Equipment sales amounted to Rs 5 Crore. Microsoft launched Xbox X and Xbox S in November 2020.
