This Google feature can help drivers in areas where traffic speeds are fixed. In this case, the speedometer will try to warn you by changing color when you exceed the speed limit. To do this, you first need to launch Google Maps on your Android device.

Then go to account settings. Your profile photo or name signature can be seen in the upper right corner. Here you need to find the navigation settings from Settings. You will then find the driving options there.

In this section you will find various driving-related functions. The "Speedometer" option should be under Driving Options. It should be turned on to monitor speed in real time.
