85 security vulnerabilities were discovered in multiple versions of the Android operating system. After learning of the incident, Google released an emergency security patch for all devices running Android.

The company said that all bugs, including a critical one named "CVE-2023-40088," have been fixed in this update. Therefore, they recommend everyone to use the new security patches of the Android operating system as soon as possible to avoid cyber attacks. 

According to Google, due to these flaws, Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 operating systems are vulnerable to cyberattacks. One of the most dangerous vulnerabilities allows cybercriminals to steal sensitive data by remotely adding code to an Android user's smartphone or tablet. 

Due to a flaw in the last five versions, Android users are at risk of being affected by cyberattacks at any time. However, Google did not provide any information on whether these vulnerabilities were exploited for cyberattacks.

The new security patch can be gradually downloaded and used in different countries around the world.
